Estonian Foreign Minister Margus Tsahkna reported this, saying that the house was hit early on November 7, but that Ambassador Kolk was unharmed.
“No one will be safe in Ukraine until Russia ends its aggression. Ukraine needs stronger air defense to protect its people,” Tsahkna stressed.
