The Southern Defense Forces added that air defense units in the south had been intensively repelling a massive drone attack for more than 4.5 hours, which came from both the sea and the temporarily occupied part of Kherson region. A total of 20 UAVs were destroyed in the operational area, including 11 in Odesa, 6 in Mykolaiv, 2 in Kherson and 1 in Dnipro.

"The enemy was flying attack drones through residential areas and industrial districts of settlements, which complicated the work of air defense forces," the Southern Defense Forces noted.
