Attack on Zaporizhzhia

At 9:46 p.m., the head of the Zaporizhzhia regional military administration, Ivan Fedorov, reported that a fire broke out in the private sector of the city due to a Russian drone strike. Rescue teams were working at the scene.

Drone strike on Odesa

According to Odesa Mayor Hennadiy Trukhanov, as a result of a massive Russian strike on a densely populated area of the city, electricity, water, and heating have been cut off in a large portion of the buildings.

"Hospitals, clinics, and social infrastructure facilities are left without heat. An operational headquarters is being set up at the scene," he noted.

As a result of the Russian attack, 14 schools, 13 kindergartens, and a large residential area with over 500 buildings were left without electricity and heating, the mayor clarified. The children's clinic and kindergarten were significantly damaged.

"We are setting up tents. In the morning, the district administration will begin accepting claims from residents of damaged apartments. Utilities will work to eliminate the aftermath of the attack," Trukhanov reported, adding that there is one injured person, who is receiving treatment in the hospital.

Today, February 19, educational institutions without heat and electricity will not accept children until the situation improves. Heating points and resilience points will be operational, where people can warm up, charge their devices, and drink hot tea.

By morning, Odesa Regional Military Administration Head Oleh Kiper reported that the number of victims in Odesa had increased to four, including one child. All were hospitalized in moderate condition.

"Also, due to the Russian attack, there are local emergency power outages in part of the Odesa region. Critical infrastructure is operating with the help of generators. In the Kyivskyi district of Odesa, heating has been suspended for part of the consumers. Resilience points have been opened," Kiper wrote.

Aftermath in Kharkiv

Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov stated that around three in the morning, a Russian drone struck the Slobidskyi district of the city.

"A civilian manufacturing enterprise was damaged, with the drone falling on its territory. There were no casualties, but the company's equipment and other property were damaged," he wrote.

Damage in Kyiv region

Kyiv Regional Military Administration reported that one private house was damaged in the Vyshhorodskyi district due to the attack. The damage is minor.

In the Fastivskyi district, two passenger cars were damaged.
