Russian ballistic missiles strike critical infrastructure in Sumy, leaving two injured
On Friday, November 8, Russian forces launched a ballistic missile attack on critical infrastructure in Ukraine’s Sumy, injuring two people

According to the Sumy Regional Prosecutor's Office, the attack took place around 5:06 p.m., hitting one of the local enterprises. The missile strike caused injuries to two employees and damaged the company's property.
A pre-trial investigation is underway for violating the laws of war (under Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine), with the Sumy Regional Prosecutor's Office overseeing the case.
Earlier, the Sumy Regional Military Administration confirmed the attack on the region’s critical infrastructure. Emergency services are currently at the scene, working to assess the full extent of the damage.
