"The Russian army took the lives of two more civilians. At about 9 p.m. on April 13, the occupiers struck the village of Vesele," he wrote.
According to him, a private house was completely destroyed, resulting in the loss of two civilians, a man and a woman, who were found deceased under the rubble. The data is being investigated.
