The Russian army attacked the city around 6:00 a.m., preliminarily with FAB-500s with a universal planning and correction module.
According to the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, no information about the victims has been received yet.
At the same time, a nine-story residential building, private houses, power grids, and other civilian non-residential infrastructure were damaged in the city.
Currently, the consequences of the Russian attack are being eliminated.
