Russia strikes Ukrainian power plants in third major attack this month

DTEK, the largest private investor in the energy industry in Ukraine, reported the information.
Energy workers are working to deal with the consequences of the attack and restore the stations' operations.
"This is the third massive attack on the company's thermal power plants in October," the statement says.
DTEK adds that since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, Russian troops have carried out more than 210 attacks on the company's energy facilities.
On Saturday, October 25, the Russian army carried out another attack on a mine belonging to the energy company DTEK in the Dnipropetrovsk region. Almost five hundred workers were underground at the time.
