
Russia launches missile attack on Kryvyi Rih, injuring 14 civilians
On the evening of March 14, Russian occupation forces launched a missile attack on a residential area of Kryvyi Rih, at leasе 14 people were injured
This was announced by the head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional State Administration, Serhiy Lysak.
At 8:09 p.m., he informed that enemy drones had been spotted over the region. Later, he reported a Russian missile attack on Kryvyi Rih.
“The enemy has once again launched a treacherous missile attack in the center of a residential neighborhood. Another proof that Russians are fighting with civilians,” Lysak wrote.
Relevant services are working at the site of the strike, the consequences are being clarified.
The head of the Kryvyi Rih Defense Council, Oleksandr Vilkul, reported eight wounded as of 9:29 pm: 5 of them are in hospitals, three people received medical care on the spot.
“Preliminary, Iskander-M ballistic missiles. One hit to a nightclub in a dense multi-storey building. Here we are deploying the humanitarian center in the nearest school — it is visually visible. There is a shelter,” he wrote.
Russia's second hit was on a civilian infrastructure facility. However, the fires have already been extinguished.
As of 10:06 p.m., Lysak reported 11 casualties, six of whom were hospitalized with head injuries, bruises and cut wounds.
“Among the damaged buildings in the city are 4 apartment buildings and the same number of private houses,” he added.
At night, the rescue operation in Kryvyi Rih ended. As of the morning of March 15, the number of casualties increased to 14, including boys aged 2 and 15.
