Russia illegally 'nationalizes' 1,200 properties in Crimea in 2024
In 2024, the invading Russian authorities illegally 'nationalized' at least 1,200 properties in Crimea
The Center for National Resistance reports.
According to local gauleiter Sergei Aksyonov, all the property 'nationalized' by Russians belonged to Ukrainian businessmen or those who were 'unfriendly' to Russia.
The Center for National Resistance noted that as of now, the largest assets have already become the property of the Russian Federation or have been sold to new so-called owners. This mainly concerns resort complexes and commercial real estate.
According to the report, the total value of such real estate reached RUB 4.5 billion.
The Center for National Resistance recalls that last February, the so-called deputies of the Crimean pseudo-parliament supported the "nationalization" of property of foreign citizens and states that commit unfriendly actions against the Kremlin.
- In particular, in October, the so-called authorities of the occupied Sevastopol decided to 'nationalize' the Sevastopolgaz enterprise.
