Vadym Filashkin, the head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration, said this.

According to him, in the morning, Russians dropped two guided aerial bombs on Kostiantynivka and shelled the town with artillery. At first, one person was reported killed and two wounded.
In addition, 24 private houses, an enterprise, two non-residential buildings, three power lines, and two cars were damaged.
Filashkin urged residents not to expose themselves to mortal danger and evacuate.
