The first strike hit the industrial zone of one of the districts of Kharkiv. The second hit a private sector area. As a result, a fire broke out in one of the buildings.

A person was killed in the Russian strike.

Later, the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Syniehubov, clarified that the Russian troops had hit the office of the Swiss Foundation for Mine Action FSD, which is engaged in demining in the Kharkiv region, with a ballistic missile.

The attack destroyed the facade and ceilings on several floors. Six cars used by the organization's medics were also damaged.

“Kharkiv region, unfortunately, is one of the most explosively contaminated regions, so the activities of such organizations and the development of humanitarian demining are critical for the safety of people and the functioning of the private sector,” emphasized Syniehubov.
