On September 5, the Russian army attacked the village of Tsyrkuny in the suburbs of Kharkiv, injuring two people and damaging at least 20 houses

The Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor's Office reports.
Russian forces attacked Tsyrkuny in the Kharkiv district at around 4:45 p.m. An enemy aircraft munition hit a private residential sector, causing a fire and damaging at least 20 houses and cars.
"Two people were injured. A 63-year-old woman suffered an acute stress reaction. A 68-year-old man sustained injuries. The medics provided assistance to the victims," the statement says.
A pre-trial investigation into the violation of the laws and customs of war (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine) has been initiated.
