Russia strikes Ukraine's Kharkiv 5 times in one day, injuring 6 civilians
On July 24, Russian forces hit Kharkiv five times, targeting industrial areas. The most recent strike left six people injured
Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov reported that the injured are receiving medical treatment.
At 2:17 p.m., Terekhov announced the fifth attack on Kharkiv that day, which again struck an industrial zone. He added that the number of casualties and the extent of the damage are still being determined.
Oleh Syniehubov, head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, confirmed that Russia targeted the Kholodnohirskyi district. He mentioned that, for now, there are no reported casualties from this particular strike.
At 12:18, Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov reported a missile attack on an infrastructure facility in Kharkiv.
"Missiles attacked an infrastructure facility. There is a heavy fire at the site of the hit. Information about the victims and damage is being clarified," the statement says.
At 12:13 p.m. he also wrote that "powerful explosions" were heard in Kharkiv.
