Russia attacks civilian homes in Dobropillia, Donetsk region, wounding 7
On the night of September 28, Russian forces launched an attack on residential buildings in the heart of Dobropillia, Donetsk region, injuring seven civilians and causing a fire
This was reported by the Donetsk Regional Prosecutor's Office.
At 2:05 a.m., Russian troops launched an attack on the town of Dobropillia, targeting the densely populated center.
The assault struck both apartment buildings and private homes, resulting in injuries to seven residents. Among the injured were five men aged 30 to 79, along with a 72-year-old woman—wife of one of the men—and another woman aged 65. All were hospitalized with various injuries, including mine-blast injuries, craniocerebral trauma, concussions, and stab wounds.
In addition to the residential buildings, some of which were destroyed by fire, an administrative building and garage were damaged. The type of weapon used in the attack is being established.
A pre-trial investigation into the violation of the laws and customs of war (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine) has been initiated.
