Russian troops shell Nikopol region, leaving 45,000 families without water
On November 14, Russian soldiers launched more than 60 Grad MLRS attacks at the Nikopol district, Dnipropetrovsk region, leaving 45,000 families without water.
Valentyn Reznichenko, the head of the Dnipropetrovsk regional military administration, shared the report on Telegram.
He said that Russian troops shelled Marhanetska and Chevonohryhorivska communities over the night, launching more than 60 Grad MLRS and heavy artillery attacks. According to preliminary information, there are no victims.
In Marhanets, the power transmission line supplying the water supply pumping station was damaged. As a result, 45,000 families in the city itself and in the surrounding villages were left without water. Reznichenko said that power engineers are currently working on restoring the supply.
Also, according to him, due to the shelling some buildings and cars got damaged, the details are being clarified. For the rest of the districts, the night passed peacefully.
