On December 3, Russian troops hit the Nikopol region 9 times with Grad MLRS and heavy artillery.
"The district center suffered the most damage. More than 30 Russian shells targeted Nikopol," writes Valentyn Reznichenko. No local residents were injured.
Two dozen private houses, farm buildings, electricity grid, gas pipelines and 50 solar panels were damaged.
In Chervonohryhorivka and Marganets communities, Russian troops targeted several high-rise buildings, power lines and gas pipelines. As a result of the attack, a gas pipe caught fire in a private bypass; the fire was extinguished. People were not injured.
"In other districts, the night passed quietly, with no air alert alarms and emergency situations. And for the moment the situation is stable," adds the head.
