Russian troops shell Kherson region 71 times, killing 1 person and injuring 6 more

Yaroslav Yanushevych, head of the Kherson regional military administration, shared the information on Telegram.

Over December 20, Russian troops launched 71 shellings of the Kherson region with artillery, anti-aircraft guns, mortars and tanks.

Once again Russian soldiers targeted residential quarters of Kherson, as well as a river port, private and apartment buildings.

"Unfortunately, we have victims among the civilian population. Yesterday, Russian soldiers killed 1 person, 6 people suffered injuries of varying degrees of severity," Yanushevych reported.

• Late in the evening on December 20, Russian troops shelled Kurakhove, Donetsk region, with artillery. A person was injured, 2 five-story buildings and private cars were damaged.
