Russian troops shell Donetsk region, injuring one person and damaging property
On the night of December 20, Russian troops have shelled Kurakhove, Donetsk region with artillery.

Pavlo Kyrylenko, head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration, shared the information on Telegram.
"Russian troops struck the city center around 9 pm. Most likely, they knew perfectly well where they were aiming and realized that they would harm only civilians," he wrote.
At least 1 person was injured, 2 five-story buildings and private cars were damaged due to the Russian artillery shelling of the city.
This is not the first shelling of Kurakhove on December 20. A few hours earlier, Russian forces were firing at infrastructure facilities with large-caliber artillery, trying to deprive people of gas, power and heat, noted Kyrylenko.
