Russian troops shell Kherson and region in morning: there are victims

The shelling of the town was reported by the Kherson Military District Administration.

It is noted that the Russian army attacked the Kherson area with artillery.  According to preliminary data, a woman aged 54 was injured.

According to Roman Mrochko, the head of the Kherson City Military Administration, the Russian army shelled the Korabelnyi district of Kherson from the temporarily occupied left bank at around 9:00 a.m.

The injured 54-year-old resident was hospitalized in moderate condition. She has an explosive injury, a concussion, and shrapnel wounds. At the time of the hostile attack, the woman was indoors.

Later, the Kherson Military Administration reported another Russian attack. 

The invaders attacked Osokorivka of the Novovorontsovka community, resulting in the injury of a 66-year-old local resident who was at home at the time of the attack. 

"He was diagnosed with injuries to his face and legs. The man is currently receiving medical assistance," the military administration stated.

Later it was reported that another person was wounded in the attack on Osokorivka. The 66-year-old wife of the injured man was diagnosed with explosive trauma and contusion. She is currently in hospital.
