He shared the information on Espreso TV.
"Yesterday, the artillery of the Ukrainian Armed Forces struck a powerful blow to the industrial part of the temporarily occupied town of Kakhovka. This part of the town was used by the occupiers for storing ammunition and military equipment. By the way, the residents of Kakhovka say that the shelling of the town comes from this industrial part. That is, the occupiers themselves are shelling Kakhovka to provoke panic among the town's residents and force people to leave Kakhovka," Khlan said.
The deputy of the Kherson regional council added thatRUssian forces announced a forced evacuation from the temporarily occupied cities.
"The occupiers announced a forced evacuation on the Left Bank of the Dnipro River. However, they are actually deporting people from the cities that are located on the temporarily occupied territory. Russians continue to shell our cities and villages. Yesterday the occupied city of Tavriisk was also shelled," he added.
