Russian troops shell 10 settlements in Donetsk region insuring one child 

National Police of Ukraine reports on its official website.

Russian occupying forces shelled with S-300 air defense systems, artillery and mortars, as a result of which 21 civilian objects were destroyed and damaged, namely: 18 residential buildings, farm buildings, and recreation center.

In addition, two missile strikes were also Kramatorsk and Sviatohorsk. Russian troops targeted populated areas with S-300 air defense system.

"In Kramatorsk, 14 private residences and 2 commercial buildings were damaged. In Sviatohirsk - recreation center and apartment building. According to preliminary data, no one was injured," the post says.

Russian military fired mortars at Vugledar, injuring child born in 2007. There is wounded one in Bakhmut.

Police and Ukrainian Security Service opened criminal proceedings under Art. 438 (violation of the laws and customs of war) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.

90 more people were evacuated with the help of police, since the beginning of mandatory evacuation - more than 30,700 people, including 4,622 children, 1,880 people with disabilities.
