The military movement of Ukrainians and Crimean Tatars called Atesh reports.
"Our agents are systematically monitoring the Russian invaders in Luhansk. We note the active movement of Russian equipment and personnel for an offensive in the Kupyansk direction," the statement reads.
Atesh adds that they are taking all possible actions "to prevent the invaders from reaching the front line."
In particular, the guerrillas report that they are actively operating and continue to carry out successful sabotage in Luhansk, aimed at damaging and eliminating Russian vehicles and equipment.
Over the past week, Atesh guerrillas destroyed three Ural trucks, two tankers, and three buses that "can no longer be used for their intended purpose."
