"7 hits were recorded at the phenol plant, during which it was damaged: 3 distillation columns, 3 collectors of marketable products, floors of the oil distillation facility, material pipelines, a tank car and metal structures. There is no danger to the environment", the report says.

 

In total, over the past day, on April 4, the units of the State Emergency Service, which are part of the Joint Forces grouping, made 29 trips to overcome the consequences of Russian aggression.  Eliminated 11 fires. One person was rescued and 28 explosive objects were found.

 

As a result of the shelling of the village of Novosilka, a resident was wounded. In the village of Georgivka, three citizens were injured and a residential building was damaged. As a result of the shelling of the settlements of New York and Toretsk, five residential buildings were damaged.

 

Due to heavy shelling of the village of Severodonetsk, four objects were damaged, in particular, a spare parts warehouse, outbuildings, garages, infrastructure facilities, cars, and a gas pipeline was interrupted. Also, the settlements of Novodruzhesk (1099 consumers) and Maloryazantseve (440 consumers) remain without gas supply as a result of shelling.

 

As a result of shelling by Russian troops, 13 settlements are partially de-energized, 17 completely. 95,938 consumers are left without electricity. Without water supply - Rubizhne, Popasna, Severodonetsk, partly Girska community and Lysychansk. 36 settlements are without gas supply (131,944 consumers), of which 30 completely and 6 partially.

 

During the day, 63 people were evacuated from the Donetsk region, including 3 children from the village of Vugledar. From the Luhansk region - 970 people from the settlements of Rubizhne, Severodonetsk, Lysychansk, Popasna, Kreminna, Girske.

 

In total, since February 24, 24,676 people have been evacuated from the settlements of the Luhansk region, 6,735 people from the Donetsk region.
