According to a spokesperson for the 26th Artillery Brigade, Russia is using artillery and aviation near Bakhmut, trying to inflict fire on Ukrainian positions.

"Defense forces have crossed the railroad. A large area is under Ukraine's control. On the other side, there are forest belts where the enemy has set up defensive positions and firing points. The invaders made a defensive line in the area of the 0513 road, which goes to Horlivka. It is there that company and platoon strongholds of the Russian enemy are observed," added Kalashnikov.
