This was stated by the head of the Chernihiv RMA Vyacheslav Chaus.
He thanked public utilities, volunteers, deputies, and community leaders for their work.
Vyacheslav Chaus noted that mobile communications are starting to work again in Chernihiv.
"The invader continues to block the green corridor, so there will be no evacuation of the city's residents. Therefore, I appeal to volunteers to continue to provide the residents of the city of Chernihiv with everything they need, especially those who are in shelter", he emphasized.
