Russian troops accumulate technically unsupplied manpower in southern Ukraine
Operational Command South's press center head Natalia Humeniuk says the invading Russian forces are not ready for active combat operations in the south
She said this on Espreso TV.
“In the south, the enemy is not ready to be active in order not to disperse their forces. Despite the fact that they are outnumbered, they are mobilizing resources, but technically they are not equipped. This is a manpower that they are ready to put forward as a barrier to the frontline,” Humeniuk emphasized.
According to her, in the occupied territories of Kherson region, the enemy is intensifying methods of influencing the civilian population.
“Terrorists' tactics remain constant. The main task of the enemy is to terrorize the civilian population, and this tactic does not work. People realize they are dealing with terrorists. Our work on the left bank of the Dnipro River is quite powerful. Reconnaissance is now more difficult because the enemy is stepping up its methods of influencing the civilian population. The Russians are looking for pro-Ukrainian people. We are trying not to endanger those who help us,” Humeniuk noted.
