Russian shelling of Severodenetsk kills 2 civilians
Russian forces continue to shell Severodonetsk, with assaults on May 15 killing two civilians and injuring at least nine more.
Luhansk Regional Administration Head Sergiy Gaidai shared the news.
Russians fired at a house in the old parts of Severodonetsk at about 16:00 on May 15.
"A man and a woman died on the spot. Russians fired at a house in the old parts of the city at about 16:00. Another man was hospitalized. Nine people were wounded the day before when Russians fired artillery at a hospital in Severodonetsk," said the statement.
A 15-years-old Lysychansk resident who got injured during Russian shelling of the city, was hospitalized at the children's hospital in Dnipro.
The Russian army rebuffed and retreated from Borivske.
Russian attacks on Komyshuvakha, Katerynivka, Novozvanivka and Troitske settlements damaged 20 houses.
Another 11 houses were damaged in Girske, Zolote and Toshkivka settlements.
The Russian army also shelled with artillery and multiple launch rocket systems on Lysychansk, Pryvillya, Novodruzhesk, Rubizhne, Voyevodivka and Bilogorivka settlements.
