Russian propagandists spread a fake that "dirty bomb" is being made in Chernivtsi

Serhiy Sternenko states this on his YouTube channel, Espreso.West reports.

"Russians say that nuclear weapons are actually being assembled in Chernivtsi with the help of English speakers", Sternenko says.

Live on air of Russian propaganda channels, "military expert" Oleksandr Artamonov stated that Ukrainian authorities were developing analogue of nuclear weapons.

"According to operational sources, the elements of this "dirty weapon" were delivered to Chernivtsi, together with English-speaking specialists. And some aggregate assembly was done there," Artamonov said.

• On October 23, Russian Defense Minister Sergey Shoigu held a series of telephone conversations with representatives of France, Turkey, Great Britain and the United States to accuse Ukraine of preparing provocations with the use of a "dirty bomb."  

• Western analysts believe that in this way Russian Defense Minister Sergey Shoigu tried to scare and slow down or suspend military aid to Ukraine.
