The head of the Luhansk Regional Military Administration, Serhii Haidai, wrote about this on Facebook.
"In Shchastia, the invading Russian forces' 'polling station' has been set on fire. In Starobilsk, people 'vote' in the bushes near the shops. It is easy to find the bushes, because a handwritten sign saying 'vote here' and a person with a machine informs them about it," he wrote.
