"Russian occupiers launched missile attacks on the critical infrastructure of Kharkiv city and Chuhuyiv district. There are power outages, all specialized services are working on the ground. According to preliminary information, there are no casualties," he wrote.
According to the mayor of Kharkiv, Ihor Terekhov, as a result of the shelling, ground electric transport and the subway had to be stopped. Previously, there were no casualties. Emergency services are working on site.
