Russian occupiers close cities in eastern Ukraine and monitor people for calls to government-controlled territory
Russians allow people to enter Lysychansk and Popasna only with a residence permit, while in Sievierodonetsk they catch those who call to the Ukraine-controlled territory
Roman Vlasenko, head of the Sievierodonetsk Regional Military Administration, told this on Espreso TV.
"There are again restrictions on movement between settlements. The latest information is that people are allowed to enter Lysychansk and Popasna only with a residence permit, documents are checked, police measures are intensified, and there is passport control. If the inspectors have any doubts, the documents are immediately sent to the military commissariat," he emphasized.
According to Roman Vlasenko, the Russians cut off the Internet and mobile communications in SIevierodonetsk, as the locals are trying to inform the Ukrainian military and their families about what is really happening in the city.
"There is information that the occupiers catch people who try to communicate with Ukraine and influence them," added the head of the Administration.
