This was reported by the National Resistance Center.
In late March, Russian leader Vladimir Putin expressed dissatisfaction with the pace of passportization in the temporarily occupied territories.
"The enemy is increasing the pace of forced passportization and resorting to violence against those who refuse to take enemy waste paper... The occupation administration has developed plans for passportization and launched "mobile groups" for passportization. In fact, these groups go to the homes of the local population and agitate residents to get a passport," the NRC said.
The Center noted that members of these groups resort to threats and the use of physical force.
