According to Oleksiy Gromov, Deputy Chief of the Main Operational Department of the General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, Russian forces fired six Caliber missiles around 5:00, hitting a military unit in the settlement of Lyutezh, Kyiv region.
"Currently, there is information that one building was destroyed and two buildings were damaged. In addition, one cruise missile was shot down in the air over the Bucha quarry. The enemy launched a missile attack from the Black Sea, from the area of Cape Fiolent," Gromov said.

"This morning, the enemy launched a rocket attack on one of the communities of the Vyshgorod district. The infrastructure object was fired upon," he wrote.

According to eyewitnesses, around 5:00, explosions were heard in the region, and a fire was also visible.
"In the morning they hit Bucha or its surroundings. Dogs are howling. Sirens and alarms," Oleksandr Motsar wrote on Facebook.
At 5:20, an air raid alert was announced in Kyiv and the region. However, at 5:32 an alarm sounded again in Kyiv and the region. According to Belaruska Gayun, the launch of several rockets from the territory of Belarus was heard.
