Thus, the security forces select the best vehicles that Russia delivers to the occupied territories. At the same time, the military receive the provision on a residual basis," the material reads.

The situation is also deteriorating by an unspoken ban on the delivery of new vehicles through Crimea.

The morale of Russian forces on the left bank of the Kherson region is sharply declining.
