There is a complete lack of coordination and interaction between the Russian forces and Wagner PMC mercenaries in fighting near Bakhmut

The information was reported by the General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in a morning summary on February 6.

"In the hostilities near the town of Bakhmut, there is a complete lack of coordination and interaction among the military personnel of the Russian occupaying forces and mercenaries of the so-called Wagner PMC," the General Staff said.

Ukrainian Armed Forces repel Russian attacks near 14 towns and villages

Over the past day, February 5, Ukrainian troops repelled Russian attacks near 14 settlements in the Donetsk region, including Bakhmut.

Ukrainian troops hit Russian personnel concentrations and ammunition depot

Over the past day, Ukrainian aviation launched 9 strikes on Russian personnel concentrations and struck the positions of their anti-aircraft missile systems. 

The missile and artillery units of the Ukrainian Defense Forces hit a Russian command center, 8 manpower concentrations and an ammunition depot.

In Vasylivka, Zaporizhzhia region, Russian troops have converted a children's hospital into a military hospital

The Russian army continues to suffer losses. Thus, in the village of Vasylivka, Zaporizhzhia region, Russian forces have converted a local children's hospital into a military hospital for wounded servicemen of the Russian Armed Forces. 

Admission of children to the hospital has been suspended.

Russian troops launch 4 missile and 56 MLRS attacks at Ukraine

Russian troops launched 4 missile attacks on the civilian infrastructure of Kharkiv city and Druzhkivka, Donetsk region, as well as 56 MLRS attacks, in particular, at civilian objects in Kherson. There are dead and wounded.

The threat of further Russian air and missile strikes throughout Ukraine remains high.

Russia is focusing on an offensive in 5 directions

Russian troops are focusing their main efforts on conducting offensive actions on the Kupiansk, Lyman, Bakhmut, Avdiivka and Vuhledar directions.

No offensive hostile groups were detected in the north, in areas near the Ukrainian-Belarusian and Ukrainian-Russian borders.

A settlement in the Chernihiv region, 6 in the Sumy region, and 7 more in the Kharkiv region came under Russian fire.

In the Kupiansk direction, Russian troops fired at 5 settlements in the Kharkiv region and 2 more in the Luhansk region.

In the Lyman direction, 1 settlement in the Donetsk region and 7 in the Luhansk region came under Russian fire.

In the Bakhmut direction, Russian troops shelled more than 25 settlements in the Donetsk region.

In the Avdiivka direction, 

In the Vuhledar direction, Vuhledar and 6 other settlements in the Donetsk region came under tank, mortar and artillery fire.

In the Zaporizhzhia direction, Russian troops shelled more than 30 settlements of the Zaporizhzhia region. 

In the Kherson direction, almost 20 settlements in the Kherson region were shelled by Russian forces.
