On the evening of September 29, Russian missile strikes killed one person in Dnipro, injured 5, damaged houses, a gymnasium, a shop and burned down buses
Valentyn Reznichenko, the head of Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, reports in Telegram.
"One person died and five were injured. This is the current situation after the night strikes of the Russian "Iskanders" to the peaceful Dnipro." he emphasized.
Russians also destroyed the transport company: as a result of the fire caused by the shelling, 52 buses were burnt, another 98 were damaged.
In addition, several high-rise buildings, a store, a gymnasium, and administrative buildings were damaged in Dnipro.
Rescuers have been working at the landing sites since night and are establishing the extent of the destruction.
Earlier, Valentyn Reznichenko, the head of the Regional Military Administration, and Boris Filatov, the mayor of the city, report on Russian shelling.
"Russians again attacked the Dnipro with missiles. They targeted a residential quarter in the middle of the city - the same as a few weeks ago. They also hit a transport company," Reznichenko wrote.
He noted that there was a strong fire, because the administrative building with 50 buses was on fire. However, the true extent of the destruction was being ascertained.
As a result of the strike, Russians killed one person and wounded at least two others.
Filatov also confirmed the attack on the local ATP.
"In short, no details. But I have to tell everyone who is concerned. These bastards destroyed a regular city ATP with an Iskander. Almost 50 buses burned," he wrote.
And he warned local residents that those who planned to travel in the morning by routes 73, 87A, 106, 107, 146A and 146B should carefully plan their time.
Later, Filatov specified: "more than a hundred buses burned down. This is very terrible. Tomorrow we will get to work late."
