Russian Foreign Ministry reports extremely high probability of nuclear conflict

“I would not like to dive into a discussion of whether the probability of a nuclear conflict is high today, but it is in any case higher than anything we have had in recent decades,” Ryabkov said.
At the same time, he claims that there will be no winners in a nuclear war.
