Russian Foreign Ministry reports extremely high probability of nuclear conflict
Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov has stated that the likelihood of a nuclear conflict is higher now than it has been for the past several decades

He said this during a speech at the Valdai Discussion Club, Russian media report.
“I would not like to dive into a discussion of whether the probability of a nuclear conflict is high today, but it is in any case higher than anything we have had in recent decades,” Ryabkov said.
At the same time, he claims that there will be no winners in a nuclear war.
