Russian forces use phosphorous shells in Donetsk region, again
Russian forces have again used phosphorus shells in the Donetsk region, local officials report. On April 29, Russian troops used these prohibited weapons in Solovyove village, Ocheretynska community.
Regional Civilian-Military Administration Head Pavlo Kyrylenko gave details in his Telegram channel.
"Lastochkyne was also under fire again - a residential building and a store were damaged. Shelling continued all night in the Maryinsky and Avdiyivsky areas. Russians fired at Avdiyivka at night with Grads, in the morning they conducted an air raid and continued to hit from jet systems on the city. Damaged residential houses and other civilian infrastructure", his statement said.
Kyrylenko also added that overnight an airstrike was carried out on Pryvillya village: residential buildings and other civilian infrastructure were damaged. Russian forces also interrupted the high-voltage power line, and Krasnogorivka was left without electricity.
