The administration reported that in Novopskov, Luhansk region, the Russian forces threaten parents if a child does not attend a school with a Russian curriculum.
"If the Russian soldiers find out that children don’t participate in the educational process according to the Russian program, representatives of the Russian forces immediately come home and threaten to deprive them of parental rights," the regional administration noted.
