Russian forces strike Kharkiv, injuring and killing people, including a 13-year-old boy
On the morning of July 20, explosions were heard in Kharkiv. Russian troops targeted a residential district in the city.
Kharkiv regional state administration head Oleg Synegubov shared the news in his Telegram channel.
"Unfortunately, as a result of the morning shelling by the occupiers of the Saltiv district of Kharkiv, 3 people were killed, including a 13-year-old boy, a man and a woman. A 72-year-old woman was injured," he wrote.
According to Synegubov, the data of the Regional Center for Emergency Medical Assistance is being updated, so the number of victims may still increase.
Earlier, Oleg Synegubov reported that, according to preliminary data, there were casualties as a result of the morning strikes on Kharkiv.
"In one of Kharkiv's districts, the Russian occupiers struck in the morning. Special services are working at the sites of the hits. Preliminary - there are victims. Details will be announced later," he wrote.
Residents of the city were urged not to go out unnecessarily, to stay in shelters and safe places as much as possible.
