It is noted that a two-story building in Kyiv was damaged as a result of an enemy hit. Three people were killed, and six more were injured. According to Klitschko, the number of victims of explosions in the capital has increased to 11 people. 10 of them were hospitalized in Kyiv hospitals. It is also known that the rocket attack on the capital took the lives of three people, among them a 17-year-old girl.
He also stated that due to the shelling, the water supply has been suspended throughout Kyiv. There is also no electricity in some districts of Kyiv. Energy experts report emergency shutdowns.
“Kyivvodokanal specialists are working to restore it as soon as possible. Please, just in case, stock up on water. Specialists are doing everything possible to return water to the houses of Kyiv residents,” Klitschko wrote.
The Kyiv Regional Military Administration reported that the subway operates in a limited mode, as a large number of people use it as a shelter. It is also known that the movement of the ring electric train has been temporarily suspended in Kyiv.
At the same time, the head of the Kyiv Regional Military Administration, Oleksiy Kuleba, said that there were several hits to critical infrastructure facilities.
According to preliminary data from the Prosecutor General's Office, four people died. Earlier, Kuleba said that Russian missiles hit high-rise buildings in Vyshgorod and the private sector in Chabany.
"There are more than 20 victims who are already receiving all the necessary assistance. Unfortunately, one person died," he said.
In addition, according to him, the Kyiv region is completely without electricity. There is also partial lack of heating and water supply. Kuleba also emphasized that "Points of Invincibility" are being deployed in the region, where there is heat, communication and alternative power.
