Russian forces shell Kherson with incendiary munitions

Yaroslav Yanushevych, the head of Kherson Regional Military Administration, reported this. 

On the night of January 8, the invading Russian forces attacked Kherson with incendiary munitions. The Tavriiskyi district came under enemy fire.

“Fortunately, this Russian attack took place without casualties among civilians and the destruction of civilian infrastructure,” Yanushevych noted.

Earlier, he also reported that during the day of January 7, the invaders attacked the Kherson region 19 times: the Russian forces fired artillery, anti-aircraft guns, mortars, tanks, and UAVs. As a result of the actions of the Russian Federation, the civilian infrastructure of settlements in the Kherson and Beryslav districts was damaged, and a person was injured.
