Russia attacks Kharkiv region, killing one man

An air raid alert was announced in the Kharkiv region at 11:07 pm. A few minutes later, locals started reporting explosions.
“Two hits of enemy rockets were recorded in Merefa. According to preliminary information, there is one victim. Rescuers are working on the spot,” the head of the Regional Military Administration wrote.
After that, the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration added that a 50-year-old man had died.
