Russian forces shell Kherson region 54 times per day

The head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration, Yaroslav Yanushevych, said this on December 18, 2022.

It is noted that the Russian forces carried out 54 shellings of the Kherson region during the day of December 17.

“Peaceful settlements of the region suffered from attacks from artillery, MLRS, mortars, tanks and sniper fire,” Yaroslav Yanushevych said. 

The head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration added: the occupying Russian forces again shelled the residential quarters of Kherson, hitting a medical facility, as well as private and apartment buildings. 

As a result of the attack, three people were killed, and six more civilians were injured of varying degrees of severity.
