Russian disinfo review: Russia is "restoring social objects destroyed as a result of the actions of the Kyiv regime"

The Center for Countering Disinformation at the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine informs about this on Telegram.

The Russian Embassy in the US announced yet another misinformation: "We (the Russian Federation - Ed.) are restoring social facilities destroyed as a result of the inhumane actions of the Kyiv regime. The Armed Forces regularly use kindergartens, schools, hospitals, and maternity homes to house their forces. Even Amnesty International, which cannot in any way be suspected of pro-Russian views, recognized this fact."

The CPD revealed manipulation in the words of the Deputy Permanent Representative of Russia to the UN Polyanskyi: "The Russian Federation hopes that the Kyiv security forces will be wise enough not to attack the IAEA mission at the Zaporizhzhia NPP. The delegation will include technical specialists, including from Russia and Ukraine."
