Earlier, mayor Igor Terekhov talked about the shelling of the city in a telegram: "A night shelling of the city again. It flew to one of the parts of Kharkiv, which is closer to the center. It is traditional to hit a building that has nothing to do with military infrastructure."

Also, Russian forces struck Chuguyiv again. There are hits on critical infrastructure. Rescuers continue to analyze the consequences of the destruction of the cultural center, where people still remain in the basement.

Throughout the region during the day, on July 25, Russian forces attacked the Tsirkunivska community; a residential building was damaged.

In the Balaklia community, a civilian infrastructure object was also damaged as a result of Russian shelling.

"Our defenders are holding their positions. Despite the fact that Russian forces are showering our defenders with artillery fire, we are fighting back in all directions. Including the strategic one - Izyum. The Kharkiv military inflicted significant losses on the Russian army in the Tsupivka - Dementiivka direction," Synegubov emphasized.
