Russian forces shell civilian targets, fields in Zaporizhzhia using S-300 missiles with surface-to-surface warheads - Oleksandr Starukh

He said this on Espreso TV. 

"Over the past day, there have been about 60 shellings along the contact line. The enemy bombed with MLRS and artillery. Hulyaipole and the Orihiv community were destroyed. The community of Novooleksandrivske was the most damaged. There were no casualties, but huge rips remained. The Russians use the S-300, but not to shoot down air targets, but by equipping them with a warhead for firing surface-to-surface ballistic missiles. Farm buildings were destroyed, grain and 20 hectares of fields were burned. The enemy continues terrorist activities", Starukh said.
