Russian forces shell 23 civilian targets in Zaporizhzhia region

In the Zaporizhzhia direction, the situation hasn't not changed significantly. The main efforts of the Russian enemy are focused on maintaining the occupied borders. On October 27, the Russian forces shelled Ukrainian positions with tanks, rocket and barrel artillery along the entire frontline.

They fired at civilian infrastructure in the area of ​​Zaporizhzhia, Dorozhianka, Stepove, Mali Shcherbaky, Chervone, Novodanylivka, Mala Tokmachka, Huliaipole, Stepnohirsk, Novoandriivka, Charivne, Olhivske, Shcherbaky, Preobrazhenka, Poltavka, Zaliznychne, Orikhiv, and Kamianske. 

“We received 23 reports about the destruction of houses (apartments) of citizens and infrastructure targets as a result of shelling by Russian military personnel,” the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration emphasized.

On October 27, 131 people, including 24 children, were evacuated from the temporarily occupied territory.

• In the Zaporizhzhia region, Ukrainian defenders destroyed eight units of Russian weapons and equipment in a few days, and wounded up to 120 soldiers.
