Russian forces refuse to attack in Donetsk region

Oleksii Dmytrashkivskyi, spokesman for the Joint Press Center of the Tauride Defense Forces, said this on Espreso TV.

“There is no initiative. The enemy refuses to attack in the Vuhledar, Avdiivka, and Marinka directions,” he emphasized.

According to Oleksii Dmytrashkivskyi, the commander of the 155th Marine Brigade of the Russian Armed Forces was taken to Rostov for refusing to comply with a combat order. The Russian Step and Tiger battalions, which arrived to support the occupiers, are also not attacking. More than 20 soldiers of the 126th Brigade also refuse to attack Ukraine’s Defense Forces.

“We can say with certainty that the enemy has been repulsed in full and realizes that there is no point in attacking, as it only leads to losses. But there is an order from the Russian Federation to take the Donetsk region at any cost. So far, no success,” the spokesman for the Joint Press Center of the Tauride Defense Forces noted.
