Russian forces ramp up activity in Bakhmut direction
On Sunday, November 12, Colonel-General Oleksandr Syrskyi, Commander of the Ukrainian Army, said that the Russian army had intensified its activities in the Bakhmut direction. He added that the Ukrainian Defense Forces are repelling these attacks

"Bakhmut direction. The Russians have become more active, trying to recapture previously lost positions," the statement said.
At the same time, according to Syrskyi, the Ukrainian Defense Forces are acting professionally.
"The enemy's attacks are being repelled," the Ukrainian Armed Forces commander emphasized.

According to the General Staff (Kyiv), Ukrainian soldiers repelled 10 attacks in the Bakhmut direction over the past day. In turn, the Ukrainian Defense Forces continue their assault operations south of Bakhmut, inflicting losses in manpower and equipment on Russian troops, and consolidating their positions.
